By accessing or using the Force for Hire platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Security Providers (registered companies offering security services)
Individual Operators (freelance professionals)
Risk & Intelligence Providers (firms or individuals offering analysis and intelligence)
Training Centers (institutions offering tactical and mission-readiness programs)
Gear & Equipment Providers (third-party affiliates linked for commercial gear offerings)

2. Platform Functionality

Force for Hire is a digital marketplace that connects clients with vetted third-party service providers. We offer listing capabilities, profile browsing, affiliate linking, and RFP management tools.
We are not an employer, agency, or contracting party.
All contracts, negotiations, services, and engagements occur directly between Users.

3. User Responsibilities

All users agree to:

Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Not engage in any misrepresentation, fraud, or harmful conduct

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Content and Listings

Users may submit and manage profile data, company details, service descriptions, certifications, mission history, and other content.

You agree that:

You are solely responsible for any content you submit
Content must not infringe on intellectual property or contain false, misleading, or defamatory material
FFH Media LLC reserves the right to remove or refuse any content at its sole discretion
We do not vet, guarantee, or endorse any User-submitted content unless explicitly marked as “Verified by Force for Hire.”

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Force for Hire is a technology platform only.
FFH Media LLC is not liable for:

The accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content or listing
The outcome of any engagement between users
Damages, injuries, or losses resulting from services rendered
Equipment or product performance linked through affiliate partners

All engagements and purchases are undertaken at your own risk.

6. Affiliate and External Links

Our site may contain links to third-party gear and equipment providers. These links are affiliate partnerships, meaning we may receive a commission for purchases.
We do not control, own, or endorse any third-party affiliate providers and are not responsible for:

Their availability
Quality of products
Customer service or delivery issues

7. Verification and Vetting

Force for Hire may offer a vetting process for Security Providers, Individual Operators, and Intelligence Firms. Verified status means a review was conducted, but it is not a certification, license, or employment.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before any engagement.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to:

Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal behavior
Endangerment of the safety, integrity, or operations of the Platform

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and design are the intellectual property of FFH Media LLC or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, reuse, or modify content without explicit permission.
User-submitted content remains the intellectual property of the submitting party, who grants FFH Media LLC a license to use it on the Platform.

10. Data & Privacy

All use of data is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We collect data for:

Account creation and management
Analytics and platform optimization
Security and vetting purposes

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Affiliate links may track cookies for commission purposes.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware courts.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
